Employment opportunities

We have opened up many of our roles to qualified social workers. If you visit our webpage and look under the “Work for Us” tab, you will see our current vacancies. We have a low vacancy rate as compared to many other similar employers. Most of the suitable jobs will be under the “Allied Health Professional” category, although it’s always worth looking around as some marked “nursing” may also be open to social workers. We are looking for experienced social workers as a matter of course, in all our fields. We are also looking at how we support newly qualified social workers so do look out for those opportunities and get in touch if you are interested. We offer roles in all our divisions. These include Adult Mental Health, Neurodevelopmental and Autistic Services, Child and Adolescent services, Older Adults services, and Forensic services. There are more!  We have good links with the our partners in Local Authorities, and with our community partners in the voluntary, community, and social enterprise sectors.
