At Rebuild & Rise Families, we provide practical, emotional and personalised support to families who may feel overwhelmed, unheard or unsupported when navigating the social care system.

We work with complex families with multiple needs, providing a one-stop support system tailored to each family’s unique circumstances, insights and needs. We help families better understand social care processes, terminology and decisions, access the support available to them, and feel confident making informed decisions for themselves and their children.

Our services can include guidance through social care processes, advocacy and emotional support, help preparing for professional meetings, parent mentoring and confidence-building.

We also support families going through proceedings who need help understanding the process, with the aim of reducing re-referrals, supporting those leaving care and preventing family breakdowns wherever possible.

We also provide accessible, independent assessments through the ParentAssess model, including parenting, Special Guardianship, and kinship and connected persons assessments.

Our services are tailored to the needs of each family and can respond to a wide range of support requirements. There is no limit to the services we provide—if the local authority can describe it, we can provide it.
