Within North East Lincolnshire we are committed to achieving the best outcomes for all children and families in North East Lincolnshire. We offer an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) to support social workers and help them to develop, improve their practice and coordinate their learning from university. We pride ourselves on the success and progression of our staff and we offer continual training packages that will help you continue to develop. We are committed to supporting and developing social workers to promote best practice and provide the best outcomes for children and families.

We have placement opportunities on offer for students who would like to get some experience in Children’s services. All placements are unique, and all students are supported to get the most out of them. Placements can also stand a student in good stead when job vacancies come up in those teams.
