The Social Work Show will take place on Monday 16 March at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre (BCEC).
More than 30 exhibitors will attend the exhibition including local authorities from the West Midlands and across the UK.
Visitors attending the event will have the chance to get their next job at the event, with the opportunity to discuss current job roles with future employees and attend an informal interview on the day of the event.
Local authorities will be recruiting on the day for a range of roles in adults, children, young people and families and mental health social work teams.
Those attending the jobs fair who are actively searching for jobs in social work can look at current job opportunities with exhibitors ahead of the event via our exhibitors’ employer profiles.
Alongside local authorities, recruitment agencies, and service providers will attend to promote their services.
Visitors will also be able to update their CPD for free with access to 7 hours’ worth of seminars, workshops, films and legal sessions led by social work and social care professionals.
The event gives you the opportunity to complete both pieces of CPD required for the Social Work England CPD standard, with a masterclass on meeting the requirements for re-registration which includes the opportunity to reflect on a piece of CPD with a peer.
