Our Adults Services Social Workers have fantastic support. Our wonderful Social Work Academy not only has a very strong NQSW package, they are developing specific support in to the second year as well. We have a strong drive to support frontline practice, with expert practitioner roles in Direct Payments and Three Conversations, with a range of expertise in Strengths-Based Practice to drive excellent practice with adults

It’s all about our people, and that includes our wonderful staff. We have strong bonds between staff across the service. Most of our managers, even senior ones, have been working in Worcestershire since early in their careers and we have many recently qualified colleagues here now. We work flexibly with an office base and support, but you will also have everything you need to work independently wherever you need to.
