About us:

We are an award-winning social enterprise created by Kingston and Richmond Councils in 2014, and responsible for delivering the entirety of both boroughs’ children’s services.

What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role as Head of Family and Youth Support, you will have significant experience of managing an integrated and multi-agency service, preferably in a children's services environment. You will have experience of working with and supporting vulnerable young people and of leading and managing teams to deliver excellent outcomes for families, children and young people.

For this post we require:
Experience of managing integrated and multi agency services within children's services.
A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with the H.C.P.C
Substantial and current experience of working with vulnerable children
Experience of risk management an safeguarding in the context of family support within multi-disciplinary team work.
Evidence of effective performance management
Strong analytical, and planning skills
Use of relevant research methods, including critical reflection and evidenced-based decision making
Evidence of continued professional development.
