Wigan Council

With strong political support, we’ve been fortunate enough to expand our permanent social work establishment, and so created a large number of brand new posts.

We’ve listened to our experienced staff who told us that they want to progress in Wigan, without moving into a management position, by creating a senior social work role.  As such, we have more opportunities now than ever before!  So if you want to work for a well-supported team that listens to your ideas, come and talk to us at the Wigan stand on 18 at the Social Work Show.
