BTIS is Birmingham City Council’s in-house language service provider.

We provide translation, interpreting and accessible information services nationwide to individuals and organisations including Birmingham Children’s Trust, Birmingham City Council departments, Schools and Solicitors.

We also offer advice and guidance to front line workers, policy makers and commissioners to ensure best practice is known and shared and that you remain compliant with legislation on equality and accessibility.

All of our services are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
