the North West Social Work Show 2018

The exhibition of the North West Social Work Show at the Hilton Deansgate, Manchester will feature more than 20 local authorities from across the UK. Each authority represented will be available to discuss opportunities regarding career development for people at any stage of their careers within the sector, as well as interviews on the day for positions including Social Worker and Team Manager.

This event will run from 9:30am to 4:30pm and provide a full day’s worth of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for your portfolio, required to stay registered to practice with the HCPC.

Independent providers and voluntary sector organisations will also be attending the event to keep you informed on current innovations and projects that are changing social work. Universities will also be attending to offer you the latest courses that are relevant to the sector.

Be sure to also use the event as an opportunity to network with the hundreds of other people within the sector and to learn about the innovative and ever-changing practice the social work and social care sector has to offer.

You can view many of the employers’ online profiles at www.compassjobsfair.com that feature the organisation’s description, testimonials from current employees and vacancies. To register for your free ticket to the event, click here.
