We are committed to delivering the best for our local residents. Above all, it is about promoting people’s wellbeing and supporting residents to stay active in their communities and retain their independence for as long as possible.  Promoting independence and personalisation is about real social work, which starts by looking at people’s strengths – what they can do, rather than what they can’t do. It’s about empowering people to take as much control over their care and support as they are able to and ensure there is a good choice of services to meet people’s individual needs.

We are looking for experienced, qualified, post AYSE Social Workers who share our values and commitment and are passionate about improving the lives of local residents.
