About the role 
We are looking for a Deputy Head of Service / Emotional Health Service (EHS) Team Lead to join our organisation at a time of exciting and positive change. This post will be based at Chessington and is full time, part time applications will be considered (minimum 3 days).

About you
To be a Deputy Head of EHS for AfC, you will be passionate about making a positive difference to the emotional health of children and young people as well as demonstrating the following points

  • Putting children and young people first 
  • Qualified as a mental health professional
  • At least five years post qualification experience working in Child Mental Health Services
  • Experienced in providing clinical supervision to qualified staff
  • Leadership and management skills
