About the role

To help establish AfC Prime as an organisation and brand associated with social work excellence, and help it grow into a valuable resource for children’s services throughout England

 

As Recruitment Officer for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for

  • Resource and recruit suitable candidates into Prime
  • Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals
  • Operate in line with the industry code of ethics and relevant legislation

This is a fantastic role in a lively and supportive team.

About us

We have been up and running for four years, and in that time we have established a reputation as one of the leading children’s services providers in the country. We are one of the Department for Education’s eight ‘Partners in Practice’, tasked with leading improvement across the sector.

 

About you

To be a Recruitment Officer for AfC, you will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people as well as demonstrating the following points

  • Experience of designing and running recruitment campaigns including the creation of advertisements
  • Excellent communication and ream working skills. Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
  • Experienced in the use of ICT, including MS Word, Outlook and case record management systems
