We are looking for a Children’s Centre Administration Assistant to join our team at a time of exciting and positive change.

As Children’s Centre Administration Assistant for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for

• Supporting the smooth running of all of the centre sites, including outreach venues, and to assist the wider centre teams with day to day organisational and administrative duties.
• You will be working as an integral part of the children’s centre team. You will need to greet and receive centre members of the public and professionals entering the Children’s Centres and will need to assist in ensuring that centre users registrations and activity records are up to date and accurate. The role also involves undertaking a variety of general administrative duties as directed.
• You will have good organisational skills and be able to work flexibly to adapt to busy and changing circumstances.
• You will need to work well as part of a team and maintain a polite and professional manner at all times.
• You will need to manage your own workload, with support from the Administration Officer.
