Social Worker – Single Point of Access
Salary: Spinal points 35-38 £32,628 - £35,286 (ASYE- Spinal point 33- £31,170 per annum)  

This is a great opportunity for a Social Worker to join a lively, engaging and outward facing team. 

Within the team, our Social Workers support children and their families that need care and support and find the best solutions for their situation to preserve the child’s safety within their family and the community.

As a Social Worker in the SPA, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and a strong track record of working within a multi-disciplinary team. You will be skilled at building strong relationships with children and their families, professionals and partner agencies. The post holder will be expected to analyze and make a recommendation about referrals with final authorization from the SPA Management, therefore you will not hold cases but instead will focus on gathering high-quality information to enable a recommendation.

About you

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer care in a child and family centred environment and be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.
