Redcar & Cleveland is a place that values staff and has offered me numerous opportunities for career development. I have worked as a front line social worker in children’s services, specialist social work roles, development and project work, team manager, service manager in adult services and now Principal Social Worker. The training opportunities are varied and excellent quality. I wouldn’t work anywhere else!
