Bank Support Worker - Waking Nights

We are looking for Waking Night Care Workers to support our service users within Residential and Community Services.

We are looking for caring individuals with an understanding of the needs of children or adults with learning disabilities or emotional behavioural difficulties.

This is a casual position with no regular work pattern and no guarantee of hours. You would be required to work across services to cover for staff sickness, annual leave and vacancy cover.

Bank Worker roles are flexible for the worker as well as the Trust and you would not be required to pick up all the shifts you were offered.

Bank Support Worker Level 1's are paid at an hourly rate of £7.20 per hour. Level 1 Workers are unqualified or working towards one of the below qualifications.

Bank Support Worker Level 2's are qualified in one of the below qualifications and will be paid at an hourly rate of £7.37 per hour.

Community Services- QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (adults) or equivalent

Residential Services- QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (including QCF Level 3 in working with children & young people)
