Bank Support Worker Level 2

We are looking for Bank Support Worker Level 2's to support across residential. community and educational services.

Bank Support Worker Level 2's must be qualified in one of the qualifications listed below or an equivalent. Please feel free to contact Sarah Whiting on 0161 283 4797 regarding equivalents.

Residential Services- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

Educational Services- QCF Level 3 in Teaching Assistant or equivalent

Community Services- QCF Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care (adults) or equivalent

Our services are across Stockport, Bolton, Macclesfield, Openshaw and Trafford. You would not be required to work across all services but would be expected to pick up shifts in a variety of service areas or locations as and when required. We have opportunities within this role to support both adults and children, and also supporting emotional, behavioural difficulties or learning difficulties.

You would be required to support our service users with day to day care and educational needs which may include personal care, behaviour management and to use a range of communication methods. There are also lots of fun opportunities to support service users in various activities and meaningful moments in their lives. The roles can be challenging but are very rewarding and full mandatory training will be given.
